Will I receive a receipt after I place my order?
Once you have placed your order online you will receive a written order confirmation via email. You can also view and download order confirmations from your dashboard as well as tracking individual items on your dashboard.
If you have made payment by credit or debit card you should receive a receipt via email separately to this.
If you have placed an order to be paid when shipped, the receipt will not be emailed until payment is charged to your card. If you are paying by bank transfer, cheque or direct debit, we will not send a receipt.
In all circumstances you can use your order confirmation as proof of order and your invoice as proof of purchase; your invoice will be issued when the goods are shipped.
