Our Returns Policy

We are very sorry that you need to return an item to us.

Please use our website to register your return and for assistance in arranging a courier to collect it from you.

Our returns policy in full:

1Order confirmations are sent as each order is placed.  The customer is responsible for checking that all details are correct.

Once goods are received customers are ​​expected to check their items. 

Credit for faulty or wrong items will only be given if returns are received within 28 days of date of invoice.

Items received after 28 days will be sent back to the customer with an invoice for P&P

3We will adjust an item if a customer changes their requirement provided that the work is reasonable, a set of separate charges apply (includes a minimum charge of £5).  Post and packing costs at the usual charge applies.

Our courier offers a collection service in England, Scotland and Wales this must be paid in advance £9.50 + VAT = £11.40

The customer must be available at the address when the courier arrives and will be charged if the collection cannot be made.

Two working days must be allowed after collection for the goods to be delivered back to us.

5Customers ordering non-standard items must confirm by fax or email. These are non-returnable.

If the customer or bride changes their mind:

Credit will only be given if the items are standard pieces from the showcase collection. Prior agreement can be been made in exceptional circumstances if an item is likely be resold within 28 days. 

The item must be in pristine condition with all labels still attached and in original packaging.  We reserve the right not to credit if we consider the item is not in suitable condition.

Only the price of the item will be credited, the customer must still pay the P&P incurred.

Earrings cannot be returned for credit.

Approval items are only sent out by prior arrangement and will only be standard pieces from the showcase collection. 

The customer agrees to pay for the cost of transport to their store and the return carriage back to our premises if they are not paid for.

The items must be in pristine condition with all labels still attached and in original packaging.  We reserve the right not to credit if we consider the item is not in suitable condition.

Unwanted items must be returned within 28 days.  Payment is due 30 days after receipt of goods or earlier.

Credit will not be given for goods returned after this period.
