1. On the homepage, click ‘Sign in’ at the top-right corner of the page and log into your account.


2. Go to your Account Dashboard by clicking on the ‘Account’ button in the top-right corner of the page.


3. Click on ‘Track Orders’.


4. On this page you will see a list of your most recent orders, alongside its ‘Order Status’ ‘Planned Ship Date’ and 'Tracking'. The tracking should show a link to the tracking information if available.

5. The ‘Order Status’ will change in real-time as your order is processed to the following:

Order status

Accessories

Dresses

Order received

Order has been received and confirmed

Order has been received and confirmed

In Production

The item is being made

The item has been ordered with our production facility

Awaiting dispatch

Your item will be dispatched soon

The item is on route from our production facility to our distribution centre

Dispatched

Your item has been sent

Your item has been sent


6. If you are concerned with the progress of your order, you can log a query by clicking on the lines you wish to find out more about and clicking on the ‘Order Query’ button, this will send a message to our customer service team, who will reply (via email) as quickly as they can.
