1. On the homepage, click ‘Sign in’ at the top-right corner of the page and log into your account.
2. Go to your Account Dashboard by clicking on the ‘Account’ button in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Click on ‘Track Orders’.
4. On this page you will see a list of your most recent orders, alongside its ‘Order Status’ ‘Planned Ship Date’ and 'Tracking'. The tracking should show a link to the tracking information if available.
5. The ‘Order Status’ will change in real-time as your order is processed to the following:

Order received | Order has been received and confirmed | Order has been received and confirmed |
In Production | The item is being made | The item has been ordered with our production facility |
Awaiting dispatch | Your item will be dispatched soon | The item is on route from our production facility to our distribution centre |
Dispatched | Your item has been sent | Your item has been sent |
