How do I place an order?

Your First Order As a new retailer
there are several ways you can place your first order:
On our website
Register for an account, and get access to thousands of beautiful products at trade prices. You can place your first order online and get started as a Richard Designs stockist quickly and easily.
With the sales team
If you need help or advice choosing your new samples, we are always here to help. You can speak to us in the office and we can advise you by telephone, video call or email on our popular products and the options available. 
In store
We can visit you in store to show you the latest collections, so you can see how they work with your existing stock. Just contact us to arrange an appointment.
At a show
We regularly exhibit at the Harrogate Bridal show, London Bridal Show, and National Bridal Market in Chicago. As well as hosting our own events in our headquarters, in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
Visit our showroom
Trade customers are welcome to visit our headquarters in Ely, Cambridgeshire where we have a large showroom with the current and bestselling designs. Just contact us to arrange an appointment.
