Do you accept orders from international customers?
Please note only approved retailers can register and purchase on our website. Individual brides or consumers will need to use our "Find a Store" function to purchase our items through their nearest authorised stockist. You can find out more here.
We welcome orders from all countries; we have been exporting our items regularly for over 25 years. We have regular customers in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan.
As well as offering payments in GBP, Euro and USD we also offer a number of local payment methods.
We are also highly experienced in dealing with customs; all prices for US, Canadian and European customers are inclusive of duty and are sold on DDP terms (for full details please see this article)
. We do levy a shipping charge relative to the size of the order and location of your store.
