How long will my order take to arrive?

Accessory Orders

Provided all components are in stock, your accessory order will be made and dispatched within a few days. You can expect delivery within a week unless you have requested a rush order, then it will be with you in 2-3 working days.

During exceptionally busy periods this may be slightly longer but we will always send you a confirmation email with the estimated dispatch date of your order. If you need your accessories for a particular date please let us know when you order and we will rush the order through for you, free of charge.

Dress Orders

Standard dress orders take 7 weeks. We have two rush delivery options of 5 weeks or 3 weeks for an extra charge. You can also order on deferred delivery, and we will deliver your dresses on a later date of your choice.
