My veil has purple marks on it, what do I do?

We use an air-soluble marker in our production process.

Please do not worry, the marker will disappear on its own in a few days and will not be visible at all.

If you would like to speed up the process we suggest hanging your veil carefully in a damp place (for example a bathroom), the moisture in the air will cause the marks to disappear.

Alternatively you can dab the purple marks with a clean, colourfast damp cloth or sponge. It is not necessary to use any cleaning products to remove the marks.

We strongly advise against using any kind of washing machine, steam iron or steamer to remove the marks as this may damage the veil.
